Michael G. Webb, Attorney at Law
Mike Webb is a former prosecutor who worked in Upson, Pike, Spalding, Fayette, and Fulton Counties. He finished his career in prosecution as a Senior Assistant District Attorney assigned as the lead trial attorney in one of Fulton County's seventeen courtrooms. Since leaving the Fulton County District Attorney's Office, Mike has devoted his practice to personal injury and criminal defense.
On a personal level, Mike was born and raised in Atlanta. He attended St. Pius X High School and then Rollins College. After college, Mike graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Mike is married and currently has one child. Mike and his family are members of The Atlanta History Center, The Atlanta Botanical Gardens and the Atlanta Zoo.
David M. Zagoria, Attorney at Law
David Zagoria is a former prosecutor who worked in DeKalb, Gwinnett, and Fulton counties. He finished his career in prosecution as a member of the Major Case Division of the Fulton County District Attorney's Office, where he was responsible for the prosecution of vehicular homicide and murder cases. David Zagoria is experienced in handling all types of criminal cases from charges of driving under the influence to major felonies.
David Zagoria is a member of the American Bar Association, DeKalb Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In addition, he is a former lecturer at the Metro Atlanta Traffic Enforcement Network on DUI law and co-authored the DeKalb County Driving Under the Influence Law Update. Since leaving the public sector David Zagoria has been practicing plaintiff's personal injury law. He has handled countless cases to a successful conclusion including car accidents, premises liability, slip and falls medical negligence, products liability, hotel and apartment inadequate security, and nursing home negligence.
